We are looking for a Self-employed - commission-only (initially) Business Development Manager to join our company. We are in the process of securing some clients and need someone with a strong emphasis on new business acquisitions.
While this is a commission-only role to start with, however, there is a high possibility of it moving to a full-time salaried position.
What you will do:
- As our Business Development Manager, you are responsible for proactively generating new business for the company.
- Leverage your sales expertise to drive new business acquisition through mainly cold calling/emailing, targeting small to large enterprises.
- Work collaboratively with the owners to optimise business opportunities and drive growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our client's solutions and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- You're required to identify potential new business opportunities and build long-term relationships.
What you will bring:
- Previous B2B sales experience
- Proven track record in driving new business through cold calling.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen, analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient and results-oriented.
- As this is a commission-only role, the ideal candidate will be target driven and highly motivated.
- A self-starter with the initiative to generate new business and manage their own time
- Excellent communication and people skills

- As this is a self-employed role, we do not offer a basic salary, but we do provide a very competitive commission structure with the potential to make over £3,000 per deal
